The Doll Leg Day Workout

This workout focuses on toning your legs, glutes, abs and can be done anywhere! No gym? No problem!


Hey Hey! Honoree Here! Back with a new workout for the week. As a busy entrepreneur, I can't always make it to the gym. And to be quite honest, its okay! Sometimes, you just need to workout at a park so everyone can see all that progress your making as the stroll on by. And that is exactly what I decided to do today.



The Doll Leg Day Workout Exercises

Be sure to watch the video of me doing them. I didn't record it just to look sweaty on camera (although I do look quite cute in this workout outfit though!)


Do 5 rounds of 20 reps on each leg per exercise with 30 second rest in between each round:

*jump rope or do jumping jacks for 1 minute between each exercise

  • lying leg openers (not pregnancy friendly)

  • commandos - do each side

  • squat hold cross overs (not pregnancy friendly)

The doll leg day workout is quick and efficient to make you work up a little sweat and tone and shape those glutes and legs. Add it into your weekly workout routine or regimen. Try it out and leave a comment and let me know your thoughts and how you felt.
