The Doll Snatched Body Workout

We are focusing on tightening the arms, abs, and booty, this week. This workout can be done anywhere - No gym? No problem!


Honoreè Here! Yes, I'm back and I want to share with you the workouts I've been doing to keep this body right and tight. And with the October weight loss challenge in effect, the #snatchedgame is about to be on and poppin'. Lets get into this workout.




The Doll Snatched Body Workout - Exercises

Be sure to watch the video of me doing them. I recorded myself so you can see exactly how the movement should look.


Do 5 rounds of 30 seconds each per exercise with 30 second rest in between each round:

*jump rope or do jumping jacks for 1 minute between each exercise

  • Leg raises

  • Hip raises

  • Tricep dips (I know, I hate this one too but that underarm fat won't burn itself!)

Get that heart rate up, get a little sweaty, and tone and shape those arms and glutes with the quick, but effective Doll Snatched Bod Workout. Try it out! Let me know how you felt in the comments.
