Your glow-up needs a plan

You’ve probably heard the term “beauty maxing”—putting intention into looking and feeling your best. But before you add another product to your bathroom counter, try giving your self-care a place in your schedule.

“I need to start working out” is an intention. “Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are my workout days” is a plan.

The same goes for booking your treatments, taking care of your hair, and making time for an everything shower without rushing through it like you’re competing for a medal.

Writing it down gives you something concrete to follow—and something you can adjust when life gets busy.

Build your monthly beauty routine

Start with a few habits you can comfortably maintain:

  • Three workout days each week.

  • Wash day, based on your hair and styling needs.

  • An everything shower.

  • Mani-pedi appointments and touch-ups.

  • Body sculpting and T33 appointments scheduled around your personalized treatment plan.

  • Time for rest and recovery.

You don’t have to fill every square. Your routine should fit your life, your budget, and your goals.

Doll Haus Aesthetics monthly beauty maxing calendar featuring workouts, body sculpting, weekly at-home face masks and everything showers, plus mani-pedi, hair, HydraFacial, and T33 appointments.

Use this sample calendar as a starting point. Move the days around to fit your routine. Treatment frequency is individualized; weekly body sculpting does not mean weekly fat freezing. Follow your provider’s aftercare and adjust workouts, heat, and exfoliation as directed.

Make Sunday your reset

Before the week starts, take five minutes to look ahead. Choose your workout days, check your appointments, and leave room for any treatment aftercare.

If you miss something, reschedule it. One missed workout doesn’t mean abandoning the entire month. Your calendar is allowed to have edits.

Start small, reserve the time, and build a routine you can keep coming back to.
